About Naz
After going through a bit of a rough patch in 2022, right in my second child era, I went through what I can only describe as my spiritual awakening. Where I became fascinated with energy healing and began my journey of self discovery & healing.
I'm not going to lie, it was quite the journey! Not a "path of roses", like we say in Spain, but also wonderful at the same time. It was a time of shadow work, looking at the parts of myself I did not face for like.. decades, maybe? A lot of growth happened at this time. And something that kept coming up was; lack of boundaries, people pleasing, putting the needs of everyone before my own.
During this time, I really tuned inwards. I worked on myself with an amazing psychotherapist, I started attending women circles, retreats & events, and trained in different holistic modalities that helped me on my healing path. All this has shaped me in the person I am today and what I bring to Drifting Spirit.

My aim with Drifting Spirit is to create a safe space for women to feel nurtured, seen & heard, while nourishing their mind, body and soul; to fill their own cup, relax and just be, away from the noise and endless to-do lists.
